Before You Order Why does someone have to sign for my box?
- 21+ with a valid ID must sign when the carrier arrives — no exceptions, no porch drops.
- If no one can sign, the package is returned to us and a return & re-shipping fee applies.
Shipping When will my order ship, and how much does it cost?
- Ships in 24–48 hrs on weekday orders; weekend orders ship Monday.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout, plus a $10 adult-signature fee required by law.
- Ohio 12+ beer orders carry a flat $1.99 shipping charge.
- We ship UPS Ground only — no P.O. boxes, no Air/Next-Day service, no shipments outside the lower 48.
- Buyer and recipient must both be 21+; we can't ship to UT, MA, ME, AL, OK, RI, DE, KY, HI, or anywhere else prohibited by law.
Shipping Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
- We ship to all U.S. states except AK, AL, DE, HI, KY, MA, OK, RI, and UT.
- Orders over $79 ship free.
- Orders under $79 pay discounted UPS Ground rates.
Returns What if my order arrives damaged, or I want a refund?
- We back every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee — contact us if something's wrong and we'll make it right.
- Shipment damaged or lost? Contact us immediately — don't call UPS yourself — and keep all packaging for inspection.
- Order hasn't shipped yet? We can cancel it for a full refund.
Subscriptions How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
- Log in with the account icon, then open your subscription from your account page.
- From there you can pause, skip your next order, resume, or cancel anytime — no need to contact us.
- Changes take effect before your next billing date; already-shipped orders can't be modified.
