What if my shipment is damaged?
If UPS has lost or damaged your order, we will initiate and handle the claim with UPS. When a package is damaged, it is important for you to contact us immediately so that we can start the claims/refund process. PLEASE DO NOT CALL UPS YOURSELF. Also, if there is damage, it is important for you to keep all contents AND packing material. UPS may come and inspect them.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have paid for items which have not yet been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
